Durian tree.
Known as the “King of fruits”. A thorny outer skin with segmented pale yellow to deep yellow flesh. Has a stong flavour & taste. The flesh is made into purees, dodol (durian cake), in custards, as a fillings for cakes, candy etc.Used like any otther fruit.
