My daughter and I learnt so much at the Peranakan/Nonya cuisine class and thoroughly enjoyed the cooking. Alvin is an excellent teacher and a very patient one. We hope to attend some other classes in the future. Thank you Alvin for an enjoyable day.

My friends and I thoroghly enjoyed the Singapore chilli crab and seafood class. It was a Saturday well spent. We will always remember the skills that you taught us. Your lovely manner and humour made the class very interesting and lively. The menu was delicious and so easy to prepare. We cannot wait to try these recipes at home and surprise our friends and family. We hope to enrol in more classes with you.

This class has opened our eyes to coriander and chilli. Alvin had been patient and considerate in sharing his Asian culinary knowledge with us. He adapts his class for a divers range of skills and encouraged us with each process.

Thank you for the wonderful cooking class, we really enjoyed ever bit of it. The recipes are simple to  follow and easily replicated at home. Thank you also for all the tips and showed us how to cook rice the proper way and places where to shop for ingredients.
